When you go to a walk-in clinic, you don’t always have the utmost faith that you’re going to be given the time of day due to the sheer quantity of patients and the unpredictable nature of the visits. But, Linda shared that at Orthopedic Surgical Partners Urgent Care Walk-In Clinic, it was different. She was very impressed and pleasantly surprised with her experience with Chris Berube, PA-C, and the team as a whole.
Linda shared that Chris Berube, PA-C was very good at explaining her diagnosis, showing exactly what was going on with the X-ray as a supporting visual. She said, “He really gained my trust because of the attention to detail and time he spent with me.”
While she was unsure what she did to have pain in her knee and leg, Chris Berube, PA-C, was able to diagnose her previously undiagnosed bit of arthritis. He stated that while it was a small area it was surely capable of causing the level of pain she was experiencing and gave her a few treatment options she is now trying.
Linda added that she was grateful for the diagnosis, and it gave her peace of mind knowing exactly what was going on in her body and how to reduce her pain.
She closed by sharing, “I passed by this urgent care many times thinking I’d never have to use it myself, but I couldn’t have been more pleased. Everyone – Judy, the doctor, the x-ray tech – was calm, efficient, and helpful. Plus, they were attentive and genuinely interested in you and your care. You weren’t made to feel like an annoyance. In this day and age, it exceeded my expectations.”
