After seeing 2 other doctors, I saw Dr Mara for problems I was having with both hands. I had the best experience with Orthopedic Surgical Partners. Starting with first day having knee looked at to the scheduling of my surgery. The office in Manchester & Rocky Hill were on time and friendly. They scheduled every appointment I needed prior to surgery. My surgeon, Dr. McAllister and his surgical team along with The Joint Replacement Center at St. Francis Hospital did a great job, told you everything step by step that would be happening that day...would definately recommend Orthopedic Surgical Partners!!

Doctor McAllister is the best Doctor I have ever had the pleasure of going to. From the first minute I met him to my most recent follow up appointment, everything has been best case scenario and positive. While the state was shut down for covid19, I was waiting to see Doctor McAllister and in excruciating pain. I went to him for a full hip replacement first chance I could get in. From that 1st appt he and his office staff took care of everything. Scheduled every pre op appt I needed right down to the covid19 test. I was is surgery within TEN days. I was pain free right after surgery, released from any restrictions after 4 weeks! Have not had any problems, I actually forget I ever had surgery!!!! This is the best Doctor EVER!

Dr McAllister was so great. He told me upfront what my options were. Within 2 weeks I was walking with a cane and pain free. I would highly recommend him for a hip replacement. It exceeded my expectations. My only regret is that I didn’t do it soon!!

I have had the unfortunate need for orthopedic assessment and treatment for a few years now, off and on. I've had laparoscopic surgery to repair a torn meniscus in my knee, and all went very well with Dr. Mara. Arthritis treatment for my knee and hip as well as bursitis make me a regular visitor to the practice. I've been very happy with each of the PA's there, currently seeing Allyson. I've been treated with respect and kindness and truly feel supported with the ongoing journey to maximize strength and function while minimizing pain. Relationship building takes time with any professional but I feel that Allyson "gets" me, and knows how to educate, challenge and genuinely help me. I'm deeply grateful for her expertise and support (okay and patience) every step of the way.

On time, Professional, speaks directly to you in a way a pt could understand. Reviews results, appropriate suggestions. Asks if you have any questions. Medical assistant is kind and empathetic. Admin office was kind, respectful. Office and exam rooms were very clean. Very positive encounter. Actually my first encounter was with a Kevin, and he was also very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend both providers. As much pain as I was in, this staff and providers made me feel very comfortable. Thank you so much!

Everyone at Orthopedic Surgical Partners is great but dealing with Allyson Forsyth is always a wonderful visit. Not only is she competent, but is lovely and personable. Always explains and answers any questions!

I walked in from a different urgent care AND after being turned away by UCONN hospital. The staff was kind, gentle, caring and understanding. Allyson Forsyth PA-C knows her stuff! The tendon on my finger pulled off and the previous urgent care didn’t want to splint my bent finger. Only gave an X-ray to determine it was not broken and referred me to UCONN a week later. When I arrived at UCONN orthopedic they wouldn’t check me in for my appt. I left crying. A dear friend referred me to Orthopedic Surgical Partners and finally my finger is recovering and in a splint 24/7 for 6 weeks until surgery is needed. Thank you Allyson. The world needs more people with your kind heart.

Chris Berube is great. This is the second time I’ve seen him. He diagnosed my problem, gave me a thorough explanation, provided treatment options. We agreed on the course of action and within 24 hrs I’m feeling significantly better. I highly recommend him!!!!! Thank you Chris

The treatment that I’ve received at Orthopedic Surgical Partners has been excellent. I’ve had a full knee replacement and everything from my pre-op care, surgery and recovery have been state of the art and fully explained to me. I’m especially impressed with the Force Therapeutics online program that has guided me through the entire process including both pre-op and post-op exercises and daily check-in. I highly recommend Dr. McAllister and his entire team for their excellent care.

When in a bit early to fill out power work, and was seen before my appointment time of 6:00 pm was out there by 6:20 pm. Very professional and corte opus. Wish I had known of the place would of gone there instead of the ER.

The orthopedic walk-in in Rocky Hill is fantastic. Everyone was friendly and competent. I highly recommend this place and especially Chris Berude the PA. He was extremely knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed my problem and gave me my options going forward.

Dr. Aris Yannopoulos is superior at spine surgery. After looking at my X-rays and my MRI results he was sure of the procedure needed to expedite my recovery. He was clear in describing both the problem and solution. Surgery was arranged quickly and performed with expert efficiency. I highly recommend this surgeon. He compliments his skills by surrounding himself with a caring support staff. My surgery was difficult and scary. For me, Dr. Yannopoulos was the perfect choice of surgeon and I now enjoy the excellent results.

Alyssa is a highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable P.A. What should have been an uncomfortable cortisone injection in my right foot was actually a painless experience. I have known Alyssa for over five years in Dr. John Mara’s office and drive over an hour from the shoreline to see her. This office is well worth the trip. Had an appointment on Wednesday with Robert the physicians assistant. Once again it was wonderful. Very supportive and encouraging of the progress that I have made, Robert was instrumental in helping me decrease the pain in my left knee during my previous visit. And I’ve been doing so much better. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a problem with joint pain or injury. I would not hesitate one second and seeing this practice again. After coming into the office with extreme pain in my knee, being assessed by Doctor Risinger and receiving a cortisone shot, I left with the hope that my knee would heal quickly. Within 2 days my knee was recovering very well. I am very grateful to all the staff who were very professional and expedient. Thank you all very much.

Dr. Randall Risinger is the best!! He did my moms shoulder surgery. Her pre-op appointments were great.. he explained everything he would be doing. The surgery was 100% successful. He is always kind and reassuring and honest.. and funny. I recently went for a consultation about carpal tunnel and again he was very honest, informative and never makes you feel like he’s in a rush to get you out the door. During this time of covid-19 while we all make our own sacrafices, it's hard to have simple human connections or interactions with others. During my visits I felt like I've been going there for years. If you want to be treated with respect and want kind and courteous staff, plus the added professionalism and knowledge that is above and beyond. Now mix in the comfort that comes with conversations that involve laughter and education then this is the place where you want to be a patient.
